Who we are

Coreline Drilling is a trading name of GA Services Ltd, company number 16572649. We are responsible for personal information used to handle Coreline enquiries and customer work. Contact info@corelinedrilling.com about this notice or your information.

Information you provide

When you enquire, we receive the contact and project information you choose to send: your name, company, email, telephone number, site address, correspondence, drawings and photographs. Please avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information, and only share site documents you are authorised to provide.

The website quotation form prepares an email in your email application. It does not submit an enquiry to a Coreline form database. Your enquiry reaches us when you send that email; your email provider handles its transmission under its own privacy terms.

How and why we use information

We use enquiry details to assess requirements, respond, prepare quotations and arrange work. Where you are the customer, this is necessary to take steps towards or perform our contract. For business representatives, our legitimate interest is managing the business enquiry and customer relationship. We also use relevant records to administer payments, resolve queries and protect legal rights, and retain information where legal obligations require it. An enquiry does not sign you up to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers and website access

Relevant information may be handled by email, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, and operatives or subcontractors who need it to quote or deliver the work. Information may be disclosed where legally required. The hosting platform may process technical access information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for delivery and security. The website is publicly accessible; no customer account is needed to send an enquiry.

Where providers process information outside the UK, applicable data protection safeguards are required. Contact us if you need details about a particular provider or transfer.

Keeping and protecting records

We keep enquiry information while it is needed to assess and follow up the request. Customer and project records may be kept longer for contractual, accounting and legal purposes. Retention is assessed against the purpose, applicable obligations and any ongoing dispute; information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. Access is limited to people who need it, although no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your information, and request deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is used. These rights have legal conditions and exceptions. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we may be unable to quote without sufficient information. We do not use the website form for solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Email us to make a request or raise a concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Cookies and changes

See our Cookie Policy for website storage information. We will update this notice when our use of information changes.
