Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

About these terms

This website is operated for GA Services Ltd T/A Coreline Drilling, company number 16572649. These terms explain use of this website and the enquiry process. Contact info@corelinedrilling.com with any questions.

Website information

Service descriptions provide general information. The appropriate drilling or cutting method depends on the structure, material, dimensions, access and site conditions. Website content is not structural design or permission to drill. Obtain the responsible project team’s approval before any opening is formed.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or confirm a price. The quote form opens an email application; you must send the email to complete your enquiry. Please provide accurate site information and flag unknown dimensions, services or access restrictions. We may request additional information or a site visit before confirming the scope.

Prices, inclusions, exclusions, VAT treatment, payment terms and quotation validity will be set out in the written quotation or agreed contract. A booking is subject to written confirmation and availability. Job-specific terms agreed for the work govern the service.

Attendance and changes

Short-notice attendance is subject to capacity and confirmation. Any emergency charge will be agreed before booking. Changes to quantities, dimensions, material, access or programme may require a revised quotation or agreed variation.

Site arrangements

Before work, the parties must agree responsibilities for safe access, service detection, structural approvals, power, water, permits, isolation and waste or slurry handling. Fire-stopping, making good and other follow-on work are included only where stated in the agreed scope.

Acceptable use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or send unlawful content. Share only drawings, photographs and other material you have authority to provide. Website branding and content may not be reused commercially without permission, except where the law allows.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may change or become temporarily unavailable. External websites and email providers operate under their own terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory rights, including applicable consumer rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these website terms for future use. Questions or concerns about a quotation or booked work should be sent to info@corelinedrilling.com, quoting your project or quotation reference.
